Cum ring in the new year with us in Augusta Area. We can't wait to party and reminisce with our friends as we celebrate our way into the new year, with our Black Tie and Lingerie Ball. We have plenty of room at the host hotel for all of our Southern Socials couples. So don't wait...make reservations now. Join us for a great weekend at our Augusta area location where we have total privacy on New Years Eve for our party.

On Monday night (Dec. 31), our New Years Eve Party begins at 8pm and goes until??. We will have a pants check for the guys and a wrap check for the ladies. This New Years Eve party will be BYOB!!! We will have midnight champagne toast, party hats and favors, a balloon drop, decorated ballrooms, our AWESOME party buffet, a late night hospitality suite (as well as a party room), and great music we're sure you will enjoy. We also will give away a three night Hedo 3 trip during the evening courtesy of Cave Dwellers Travel.

What to wear?? Yes, this is different! Men should wear a bow tie and boxers. You may wear a tux shirt if wish or a tux t-shirt., but shirts are not needed for the outfit. Oh yes, the bow tie does not necessarily have to be black. Ladies, of course, it's lingerie! Of course, you'll have to be covered in all the essential areas, but be creative. Ladies may also wear black tie lingerie outfit or long flowing lingerie. You'll have lots of choices. Please wear a cover-up to and from the ballroom area. We will have an area set aside for your coats and pants or you can change when you arrive.

The party doesn't stop there... Just after midnight, we open the late night party rooms... located on the top floor of the hotel. It's a treat you don't want to miss. It's not a free for all, as all the rules still apply (ask before joining, No means No etc ), but it's a wild way to wind up the evening, and live some fantasies out. Some couples come to the party just to play here.

Advance Reservations Recommended....Saturday night all party floor rooms will be sold out! All room prices include all taxes. These are all PER COUPLE prices

One night Room and party $100 + $60...total charge= $160
One night Jacuzzi Room $150 + $60…total charge = $210
Party no room…total charge = $70 (BYOB party only)

Membership fee is $30 per couple (if you are not sure of the status of your membership, just email us).

Our hotel is located in Augusta & the party area is private on Saturday for OUR group only. We allow members as walk-ins, and they may pay just the party fee at the check-in desk.

Reservations will be filled on a first come first serve basis. You will be given the name and location of the hotel upon receipt of your paid reservations. For security purposes, please keep this information confidential.

Our party is located in Georgia, just outside the city limits of Augusta, and is private.

This swinger site is posted to let couples and swingers know about the social club outside of Augusta, Georgia. We encourage couples from Columbia SC swinger club, Charleston sc swinger clubs, Greenville, SC swing clubs Charlotte, NC swingers clubs, Raleigh Swinger clubs, Atlanta swinger clubs to attend our Augusta couples convention's club neck, charlotte swinger, Raleigh swinger, Columbia sc swingers, Charleston sc swinger, Greenville swinger are all welcome.

Voluntary New Couples Seminar
All new couples are asked to attend this seminar. We try to keep this less than 10 minutes as couples don't come to a party to hear us talk. It's quick lets you know things like where the party rooms are, where the bathrooms are located as well as some basic information about the lifestyle. They are usually around 5 pm and if you ask we will do a seminar during the party.

Membership fee is $30 per couple

Party Cost

We hope that you can make our next get-together. The cost of most parties is $50 per couple. Some events are two or three day parties or special events and are slightly higher. We also have a membership fee of $30 per couple that you do not have to pay unless you attend an event. More about membership fees.

Georgia Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made Wednesday before the event. No shows will be charged full price.

Nothing is expected of you at the party except to have fun and meet some other really nice people in the lifestyle. No one is pushy. If anyone were, we would ask them to leave and they would not be invited back.
