Note: you do not have to have a
room to attend the party and directions to the hotel will be given to you when
you reserve a room or the party.
We have all of our Columbia parties at
an upscale hotel with all inside rooms and is a total non smoking
party. In fact we have an entire non smoking floor that we
control and call the "party floor". Rooms on the party floor are limited, so
book early. It's a relatively new hotel with nice large rooms, plasma TV's,
microwaves and fridges in every room and complimentary breakfast. All rooms in
this hotel are suites and have a separate sitting area. Some suites are larger,
some are divided (separate living room and bedroom divided with a door) and some
have a 3-4 person Jacuzzi tub near the bed (time for some wet fun!). Reserve now

NOTE: Saturday night's party is a BYOB party, we provide the mixers. The party
is from 8pm until 1pm and the late night party room opens before midnight
until...well late. We have early check-in from 3 to 5 on Saturday outside the
ballroom. . For more information, go to

attending the party Saturday, you do not need to make advanced reservations.
